(“JYS International,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website jysinternational.com and provides e-commerce, logistics and fulfillment services, including selling on online marketplaces such as Amazon. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, use, share, and dispose of personal information. By using our website or doing business with us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect only the information needed to operate our business:
- Order and account information: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and details of the products ordered or the shipments we handle.
- Business client information: for the companies whose inventory we receive, store and ship, the names, business email addresses, and phone numbers of their staff who deal with us, together with the shipment and inventory records associated with their account.
- Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers and by the marketplaces we sell on. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Website usage information: device type, browser, IP address, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site functioning and to understand aggregate site performance.
- Customer service and recruitment records: messages you send us about orders, shipments, returns or services, and any application material sent to our careers address.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use personal information to receive, store and ship inventory, process and deliver orders, generate shipping labels and tracking, handle returns and claims, respond to customer service and business enquiries, invoice and account for our services, prevent fraud and secure our systems, comply with legal obligations such as tax, customs and accounting requirements, and consider applications for employment. Where you have opted in, we may send you email about our own services; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email. We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information to anyone, and we do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information only with parties who need it to carry out the service: shipping carriers and freight forwarders (to move and deliver the goods), customs brokers and authorities (where an international shipment requires it), payment processors (to take payment), the online marketplaces through which an order was placed, our IT, warehouse-management and hosting providers (to run our systems), the business client whose goods or orders we are handling on their behalf, and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. Each party receives only the minimum information needed for its function and may not use it for any other purpose.
4. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT INFORMATION
Personal information is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS 1.2 or higher). Order, inventory and shipment data is processed within our warehouse-management and e-commerce systems and within the marketplace seller accounts we operate, which encrypt stored data; any working files on company devices are protected by full-disk encryption. Access is limited to personnel who need it to do their jobs, protected by unique accounts and multi-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
5. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION AND HOW WE DISPOSE OF IT
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. Order, shipment and service records required for tax, customs, accounting and contractual purposes are retained for the legally required period. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Unsuccessful job applications are kept for no more than twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer. When information is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of marketing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@jysinternational.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. Where we hold information as a service provider on behalf of a business client, we will refer your request to that client and assist them in answering it.
7. COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to keep the site functioning, remember preferences, and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
8. CHILDREN
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

AMAZON SP-API DATA HANDLING ADDENDUM
This Addendum governs JYS International Inc.’s handling of information received through the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”), including personal information of Amazon buyers (“Amazon Buyer PII”). For Amazon Information, this Addendum takes precedence over any other section of this Privacy Policy.
Collection
We retrieve through the Selling Partner API only the data required to operate our own Amazon seller account: listing, pricing, and inventory data; order details; buyer name, shipping address, and contact details where provided; shipment and tracking data; buyer messages; and settlement and fee reports.
Use
Amazon Buyer PII is used solely to fulfill orders, purchase shipping labels, provide tracking, process returns and warranty service, respond to buyer inquiries, and investigate security incidents. Amazon Buyer PII is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, audience building, analytics unrelated to fulfillment, or the training of AI or machine-learning models, and it is never combined with data from other sources for such purposes.
Sharing
Amazon Buyer PII is disclosed only to the shipping carrier or Amazon shipping service selected at label purchase, limited to the name, address, contact details, and package information required to deliver the order, transmitted over encrypted (TLS 1.2+) connections. It is never sold, rented, brokered, or shared with any other third party. The permission-based marketing provisions elsewhere in this Privacy Policy do not apply to Amazon Information.
Storage and protection
We do not maintain self-hosted databases of Amazon Information. Amazon Information is viewed and processed within Amazon Seller Central and our warehouse-management and e-commerce systems, which encrypt data at rest with AES-256. Temporary working exports exist only on company-managed devices protected by full-disk encryption and are deleted when no longer needed. Access is restricted to personnel with a need to know, through unique accounts protected by multi-factor authentication. SP-API credentials are stored only in an encrypted password manager and are never hard-coded or shared.
Network protection
No database, file server, or endpoint holding Amazon Information is publicly reachable. Company devices sit behind a firewall with no inbound services exposed, run host firewalls, anti-malware, and full-disk encryption, and connect to Amazon and platform services only over TLS 1.2+. Personal and unmanaged devices are not permitted to access Amazon Information.
Logging and monitoring
Amazon Seller Central, our internal systems, and our email platform log logins, administrative actions, and exports, and alert us by email or SMS to suspicious or new-device sign-ins and permission changes. On a suspected incident we lock the affected account, rotate credentials, review the logs, and notify Amazon within 24 hours where Amazon Information may be involved.
Retention and disposal
Amazon Buyer PII is retained for no more than 30 days after shipment or delivery of the order, after which it is securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law (for example, tax or accounting obligations), in which case only the legally required data is kept for the legally required period under the same protections.
Incidents
Any security incident that may involve Amazon Information is investigated immediately under our incident response process, and Amazon is notified in accordance with its security policies.
